Terms and Conditions
A deposit of $100 is required within 5 days of booking to secure your reservation.Final
payment is due at the time of departure,either by cash or cashier's check.Parties that cancel up to 48hrs.prior to the departure
day and time will receive a full refund otherwise it will be forfeited.The Captain has the right to cancel a charter because
of inclement weather or safety concerns.In such a case you may apply your deposit to another trip or receive a full refund
